🌿 OUR PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

What is Financially Wellthyâ„¢?

Financially Wellthyâ„¢ is a coaching and education platform designed to strengthen the person behind the decisions.

This work integrates life coaching, self-mastery, financial education, and values-based awareness to help people create clarity, confidence, and alignment across self, life, and money — without shame, pressure, or one-size-fits-all systems.

Why does Financially Wellthyâ„¢ treat money as deeply personal?

Money is deeply personal because it touches almost every area of life — relationships, career, health, time, confidence, and security.

Our relationship with money is shaped by early experiences, beliefs, emotions, and life transitions. Two people can earn the same income and experience money in completely different ways.

That’s why Financially Wellthy™ focuses on understanding the whole person, not just the numbers.

How do emotions influence money decisions?

Emotions influence money decisions far more than logic alone.

Fear, pressure, guilt, confidence, and self-trust all play a role in how we spend, save, avoid, overextend, or hold back. Coaching brings awareness to these emotional drivers so decisions can be made consciously, not reactively.

How does money connect to other areas of life?

Money doesn’t live in isolation.

It influences — and is influenced by — relationships, career and purpose, health and energy, time, boundaries, and self-worth. Financially Wellthy™ often uses a Life Design Wheel to explore how money interacts with these areas so alignment can be built in a sustainable, realistic way.

🌿SPIRITUAL & SELF-AWARENESS TOOLS

Do you offer spiritual coaching?

Yes — when it’s desired by the client.

Spiritual coaching within Financially Wellthy™ is non-denominational and not tied to any specific belief system. It focuses on meaning, values, inner alignment, and personal growth — not religion or doctrine.

Some clients want this layer. Others don’t. Coaching is always guided by what feels supportive and aligned for you.

Do you use tools like the Enneagram or personality frameworks?

Yes — as optional self-awareness tools.

I’m certified in the Enneagram and may also draw from tools such as CliftonStrengths or Myers-Briggs–style frameworks when they support insight and reflection.

These tools are used to facilitate understanding, not to label, diagnose, or define anyone. Participation is always optional.

🌿KIDS & TEENS PROGRAMS

Aren’t kids too young to learn about money?

Kids are already observing money every day — how adults talk about it, stress around it, spend it, or avoid it.

These programs help kids and teens develop healthy frameworks, awareness, and understanding before patterns become ingrained.

Do kids and teens learn about investing?

Yes — through age-appropriate education.

Programs introduce concepts such as:

  • what investing is
  • why people invest
  • long-term thinking
  • the difference between saving and investing

We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, account guidance, or execution.

What do kids and teen programs include?

Programs are educational and may include:

  • workbooks
  • course or lesson materials
  • guided activities
  • discussion and reflection prompts

Not all programs include a printed workbook, but most include structured educational materials.

What is the teen program format?

Teen programs are typically one-day immersive experiences (6–8 hours) or structured workshops.

They focus on real-world financial education, including saving, spending, budgeting, investing concepts, habits, debt awareness, and navigating peer pressure — all without providing financial advice.

What does the refund policy look like if my child is unable to attend a camp/workshop?

If your child is unable to attend due to illness, we will always offer a full credit that can be used toward a future Financially Wellthy" camp or program.

For general cancellations, we offer a full refund if notice is given at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. Within two weeks, we do not provide a credit, as planning and materials have already been prepared.

You're also always welcome to transfer your child's spot to another child if that is helpful.

My goal is to keep this supportive and flexible for families while also honoring the preparation that goes into each camp.

Contact me directly if you'd like a more in-depth explanation.

🌿ADVISOR EDGE™ & PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS

What is Advisor Edgeâ„¢?

Advisor Edgeâ„¢ is a professional education and training program designed for financial professionals.

Many advisors already use coaching skills in their work, and that approach adds meaningful value. Advisor Edgeâ„¢ builds on that foundation.

The program draws from select Financially Wellthy™ frameworks and adapts them into structured, ethical tools for client conversations — not individualized coaching, SMA-style guidance, or portfolio-level advice.

Does Advisor Edgeâ„¢ teach investment strategies or products?

No.

Advisor Edgeâ„¢ does not teach investment strategies, product selection, or portfolio construction. It focuses on communication, coaching-informed skills, and the human side of financial relationships.

Is Advisor Edgeâ„¢ approved for CE credits?

Yes.

Advisor Edge™ is now approved for a 6 CE credit course through the CFP® Board, aligned with the Psychology of Financial Planning competency.

This program is designed to go beyond technical knowledge—helping advisors strengthen communication, deepen client relationships, and integrate behavioral and coaching-based approaches into their planning process.

Participants who complete the program and all required components will be eligible to receive CE credit.

If you have questions about CE eligibility, reporting, or program requirements, please contact us directly.

Do you support coaches integrating financial conversations?

Yes.

Financially Wellthy™ supports life coaches and helping professionals who want to integrate financial wellbeing conversations into their existing practice — ethically and confidently, without providing financial advice.

🌿COACHING & EDUCATION

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that helps you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity around what matters most.

Many people come to coaching during transitions, moments of uncertainty, or when something no longer feels aligned. Coaching creates space to explore, reflect, and move forward with intention — without pressure or judgment.

What is self-mastery coaching?

Self-mastery coaching focuses on awareness — how beliefs, emotions, and internal patterns influence the way you think, react, and make decisions.

This work helps you build self-trust, regulate stress, and respond more intentionally to life and money challenges. When awareness grows, clarity and confidence often follow.

What is financial coaching — and how is it different from financial advising?

Financial coaching focuses on your relationship with money, not managing money for you.

In Financially Wellthyâ„¢ coaching, we work on:

  • money beliefs and emotional patterns
  • habits around spending, saving, and priorities
  • financial education and awareness
  • decision-making confidence

Financial coaching does not include investment advice, asset management, financial planning, or product recommendations.

How long are coaching sessions?

Most individual coaching sessions are 60 minutes, allowing time for reflection, insight, and real-life application.

Group programs, workshops, and educational experiences vary by format.

Where do we start?

We always begin with an initial conversation
.
This is a supportive, low-pressure space to talk about where you are, what you’re navigating, and what kind of support feels most aligned. From there, we decide together whether coaching is a good fit and what structure makes sense.

How are pricing or packages determined?

Coaching is not one-size-fits-all.

After the initial conversation, recommendations are made based on your goals, needs, and preferred level of support. Some people benefit from short, focused work, while others prefer a longer, more integrated journey.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No.

Therapy focuses on diagnosing, treating, or healing mental health conditions and often explores the past. Coaching is forward-focused and supports awareness, growth, and intentional decision-making.

Many people work with both a therapist and a coach, each serving a different role.

🌿ADVISING & COACHING BOUNDARIES

How is Financially Wellthyâ„¢ different from traditional financial advising?

Many financial advisors thoughtfully incorporate coaching skills into their work — and I believe that human-centered approach is incredibly valuable. I use coaching skills in my own advisory work as well.

Financially Wellthy™ is different in that it offers dedicated, non-advisory coaching and education sessions that focus entirely on awareness, alignment, and confidence — not financial implementation.

Traditional financial advising involves regulated guidance, recommendations, and execution.

Financially Wellthyâ„¢ intentionally steps outside that role to strengthen the person behind the decisions, not the decisions themselves.

Both approaches matter — they simply serve different purposes.

Can someone work with Financially Wellthyâ„¢ without becoming an advisory client?

Yes — absolutely.

Coaching and educational programs are offered independently and do not require an advisory relationship.

Can someone work with you as both coach and advisor at the same time?

No — not at the same time.

Because I am also a regulated financial advisor outside of Financially Wellthy™, individuals work with me in one capacity at a time — either as a coaching/education participant or as a financial advisory client.

This boundary protects clarity, integrity, and ethical alignment.

Can someone move from coaching to advisory services (or vice versa)?

Yes — sequentially, not simultaneously.

Someone may complete coaching and later choose to work with a financial advisor, or pause advisory work and engage in coaching. You are always welcome to work with another advisor or another coach concurrently.

What topics do you speak on?

Speaking engagements focus on financial wellbeing, money mindset, boundaries, burnout, life alignment, and preparing the next generation for real-world money.

No.

All speaking engagements are educational and inspirational and do not include individualized financial or investment advice.
